The Board of Directors of the Eye of the Eagle Wildlife Sanctuary have voted to give a donation of $30,000 to Cat Tales Wildlife Center. The funds for this donation are from the estate of, and given in memory of, Dr. Dawn Miller D.V.M.. Dr. Miller founded the Eye of the Eagle Wildlife Sanctuary, taking in abandoned or confiscated cougars, lions, tigers and leopards, as well as injured wildlife and a menagerie of other exotic and domestic animals, as well as running her own veterinary clinic. This donation is given in the spirit of Dr. Miller’s love, devotion and dedication to children and animals in need.
The Chair of the Board of Directors of the Eye of the Eagle Wildlife Sanctuary is a Cat Tales Zoological Training Center graduate. We appreciate their acknowledgment of our work for wildlife and our dedication to the career training of zookeepers.
